We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on every digital product in our store. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at within 7 days of your order and we'll issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number and a quick note on what didn't work for you. We don't require a justification, but the feedback helps us make better products.
What we cover
- Sample kits, sound packs, drum kits, loop kits, one-shot kits
- Ebooks and digital guides
- Any other digital download from prodbycamm.com
What's not refundable
- Beat licenses (lease or exclusive) once the files have been downloaded — these are one-of-one products and downloads constitute use
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Any product where the refund window has passed
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
EU and UK customers
By purchasing and downloading a digital product from prodbycamm.com, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law does not apply once the download has begun. Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee still applies and is offered voluntarily.
Damaged or non-working files
If a file is corrupted, won't open, or doesn't match what was advertised, email and we'll either fix it or refund you in full — even outside the 7-day window.
